Wire Rope Sleeve is used in cable loop and termination assemblies. The fitting must be reviewed with cable diameter, loop size, material or finish requirement and whether it is supplied loose or installed on a cable assembly.
Procurement Notes
- Sleeve dimensions and cable diameter should be confirmed together.
- If a thimble is part of the loop, include it in the RFQ.
- Coated cable may require extra attention to finished outside diameter.
